If you attend one of our seminars you will find it engaging but the format is more PowerPoint and handouts. If numbers permit, we sit cabaret style to allow for discussion in breaks and before the training starts. This is more classroom lecture style. We use a projector and screen, handouts and sometimes a flipchart.
If you attend one of our workshops then you will get involved so roll up your sleeves and work on our scenarios based on real cases and try to come up with a solution. The training is delivered using a mixture of methods. We use Powerpoint and break into group exercises with delegates feeding back with their solutions on PinPoint facilitation boards. We work on scenarios and delegates build up their packs with material throughout the day in bitesize topics.
Pinpoint facilitation is a way to get all the delegates involved and helps delegates visualise their learning. More information on Pinpoint facilitation can be found here. We provide all of the Pinpoint facilitation equipment for our workshop and in-house seminars.
