Feedback

When we deliver our workshops and seminars we always ask delegates to provide feedback.  A simple one page feedback and next topics questionnaire.  In the seminar format we simply ask them to rate the seminar and what they would like to see from us.  For workshops we ask them to relate the workshop as well as the facilitator and the level of engagement.

When we deliver in-house training we can use your standard feedback questionnaires if you prefer or our own form.  We share these with you after the event.  We also ask delegates in workshops to provide a rudimentary knowledge indicator at the start of the session and at the end to measure their confidence in the topics.  You can therefore have a visual indicator of success.
