In-house Training

As well as offering online training and public training we can also write and deliver a bespoke training course for your business.  This can be a very cost effective way of training your team and means that they can be away from the business for less time.  We can deliver training at your premises or location of your choice in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, West Midlands (including Birmingham), Leicestershire, Suffolk and Rutland.  We have delivered training as far north as Glasgow and Cheshire so if you have locations all over the UK this will not present a problem.

Our in-house training is very effective as it is built around your own policies and procedures to enhance your team’s knowledge of internal processes and procedures.  The training is delivered by Sarah King with her extensive employment law experience from acting for over 15 years for employers and employees as well as sitting as an Employment Judge so real life examples are included.  This means that the sessions are very practical and tailored to the issues you have experienced in the business.  The feedback on these courses is incredible and delegates find them really “invaluable” and “engaging and interesting” to equip them in the business to handle these issues day to day.

Delegates on these in-house courses can be directors and the senior management team right down to the individual who is managing a team for the first time or only has one direct report.  Everyone will take something away from the course to use in the workplace.  You can see our feedback here.

The in-house training starts with a concept, an issue that the business feels needs to be addressed. A development discussion will then take place so that we can gather all the information we need about the business and the types of scenarios that would be the most relevant.  Before the course is delivered, we provide you with a chance to input into the content to ensure this meets the brief you set.  The course can then be delivered at a time and place to suit you, all we need is a big enough room to deliver the training.  We like space to move around and use the training equipment.  We sometimes deliver at a client’s site as they have the room, other times, we use a nearby hotel - it is your choice.  We can use your own internal feedback forms or we can provide our own and we also like to find more novel ways to express how the delegates found the course.
